For trouble-free processing, please follow our instructions.

IMPORTANT! Transport damage must be submitted directly to the carrier.

  1. Please send us a short description of the fault and, if necessary, pictures in
    advance by email to info@hagor.net or use our contact form.

  2. Wait for our feedback with the processing number. Without an assigned processing number, further processing is not possible.

  3. Make sure that the goods are completely packed and safe for transport.

  4. We will not accept freight collect shipments or shipments without an externally visible RMA number!

Please note that we can only carry out a binding inspection once we have received the items.
We will contact you immediately regarding a replacement delivery.
