Packing parcels and palletised goods safely for transport takes a little time. As soon as the items are on their way, you can track the status of the shipment. If you need the consignment number for your order, please send us an email.
Upon receipt of the delivery, check the goods for transport damage in the presence of the delivery driver of the forwarding agent or the parcel service and note any damage on the delivery note (with the drivers signature). Later complaints due to transport damage cannot be considered due to lack of evidence.
